sources of inspiration...
it's been gray and rainy here all day - the kind of day where you just hole up inside and avoid going out if you can. looks like we can expect this weather for the next few days too. i was trying to come up with some inspiration today...what inspires me? kai's laugh, j's friendship, listening to the tide roll in on the beach, a good cafe, catching up with a treasured friend, finding mail in my box, my camera, new art supplies, a good run, travel...
so what inspires you these days? i'd love to hear your list...
Hmmm...needing some inspiration myself after a long long week...
Creating of all sorts--
making felted bags
scrapbooking
taking photos
working in the garden
And then always, catching up with friends and family.

My kids are also my inspiration right now. They remind me of the vines in your photo; they look as though they are leaning on each other for support. Lately I see this in my kids. The love they have for each other is like that...

my kids - I'm a so diggin' their ages and insight right now, sunshine, a good bottle of wine shared with good friends, sperlygirl's blog, music -- can't get my ears full enough these days, laughter, others parent artists, and midnight/full moon dips in my pool

my scultping class and actually seeing some muscles in my arms
time spent outside at our cottage
and the sun...which I still haven't seen enough of this spring
